Kudus is the first city I know. My grandparents, parents and the extended families live there. Only a few of us who has moved into other cities, like Semarang where my aunt’s family lives and Yogyakarta where my husband, child and I are currently living in. I have legally been a Yogya’s citizen since married in 2005.

Kudus is located on the north side of the province of Central Java. The city has well developed, since it has several national outstanding cigarette companies. Kudus for me is the most heartfelt city. I left so many memories there while I was growing up. Although I love Yogya so much and really miss Sydney, I always put an intention to visit my birth city in my spare time.
